Body-Mind Type Based Nutrition- Learn the three body types and how you can restore balance by eating for how you feel. When you eat right for your body type, you restore balance. When your body is balanced, your body systems function optimally and in harmony. Eating for your body type might be the missing link when it comes to resolving physical symptoms, especially if you have been experiencing them for a long time.

Routines and rituals- Take time to honor your body as a sacred temple. When we feel nourished and cared for, we can better care for those around us. We feel more present and mindful and motivated to make healthier choices throughout the day. Learning to honor ourselves helps us feel deeply connected to our sensual power and wellbeing. By deepening your connection with mother earth, the seasons, the moon, and your divine essence, we can expect magic and profound transformation physically and emotionally.
